Beulah May Hendry, 95, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born August 6, 1921 in String, MO to the late, Henry and Mable Durbin Bradley.She was family oriented and was a kind, caring, easy going and giving lady who made friends very easily. Beulah was a committed Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church, New Plymouth, Idaho. She was active in the Senior Citizen’s Center in New Plymouth where she enjoyed teaching the craft class. She loved listening to Gospel and Country music.Beulah’s hobbies included traveling, camping, fishing and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed being outdoors and was especially fond of animals.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of sixty-five years, Kenneth Hendry; son, Raymond Hendry; sister, Eva Bidiman and brother, Bill Bradley.Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Fran Hall and son-in-law, Jim of Fall Branch, TN; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.Mrs. Hendry’s remains will be returned to New Plymouth, Idaho where funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church. Her service will be scheduled at a later date.The care of Beulah May Hendry and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.

Beulah May Hendry: one of the most sprite, knowledgeable ladies you ever wanted to meet, she remembered what the planted on the family farm when she was younger, when it was canned and time of year to harvest. She had the most interesting stories of her past, places her family lived the business's here and her husband had. I know she was the type of person that never met a stranger and never said a cross word about anyone, her love for the LORD was amazing.. She always she was ready to go home and never understood why GOD would not allow her to go see her husband again, Miss Beulah honey your dancing now in heaven with your husband and have the best life there is out there, we'll see you again someday sweetie. We all miss you here at Finley Villa but are glad you are happy and resting comfortable now.. We Love You Dear.. Prayers to the family..
