Darlene Carol WebsterDarlene Carol Webster, 61, of Kingsport, departed this life on Monday, April 16, 2018. Darlene was a loving mother and grandmother. She cherished time with her family and her beloved dog, Charlie. She was preceded in death by husband, Johnny Webster and her mother, Yvonne Palmer Bailey. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Jason (Christine) Waller and Thomas (Krystal) Webster all from Vallejo, CA, and Ravin Webster Barstow of Sacramento, CA; grandchildren, Morgan and Hudson Waller, Hayden Barstow, and Alivia Webster; father, Clair Bailey (Sandy Palmer) of Carmichael, CA; twin brother, Ronald (Sharon) Bailey; niece, Andrea Bailey; great-niece, Abby Herzic; nephew, Gregory (Stephanie) Bailey; and her beloved dog, Charlie. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The care of Darlene Carol Webster and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
