Eric McClellan, 48, of Church Hill, TN passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born June 30, 1969, in Kingsport, to Richard “Dick” McClellan and the late, Alice Lawson McClellan.Eric was a generous, humorous and kind hearted man who sincerely loved his family. His daughters and grandson brought him the greatest joy in life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, NASCAR racing and was an avid football fan.Eric was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and a retired electrician.Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Alyson Hughes (Joshua) and Dionna Freeman; grandson, Uriah Hughes; father and step-mother, Richard “Dick” McClellan and Norma; sisters, Sheri Williams (Billy) and Kimberly Meredith (David); several nieces and nephews; special friend and caregiver, Christi Monteleone.A Gathering of Remembrance will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm Monday, November 27, 2017, in the Fireside Room at Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.The care of Eric McClellan and his family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
