Gary Boyer Sr.

Gary Boyer, Sr., 67, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was born February 20, 1951, in New Orleans, LA to the late Daniel and Dorothy Shultz Boyer, Sr.Gary was a true Cajun who was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and brother. He loved and was extremely proud of his sons. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, gardening and cooking.He retired from Stones River Electric as an electrician following forty years of service. Gary attended the Lutheran church and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Kingsport.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Cusimano.Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Boyer; sons, Gary Boyer, Jr. (Natalie) and Barry Boyer; grandchildren, Brennan, Avery and Ella Boyer; brother, Daniel Boyer, Jr.A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, June 21, 2018, at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Garden of Meditation.
