Mary Ann Randolph, 85, of Kingsport, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Brookdale, Colonial Heights. She was born December 13, 1932, in Marion, NC to the late J.R. and Mary Brown.Mary was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who simply adored her family. She was especially fond of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved for them to come and visit. Her hobbies included cooking, bowling and playing golf and Bridge. She was a troop leader for the Brownies and Girl Scouts. Mary was a member of the Kingsport Moose Lodge and the Kingsport Elks Lodge.Mrs. Randolph was a member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Randolph; sister, Jeanne Clark; brothers, Cecil Brown and Leonard Brown; son-in-law, Gordon Light.Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Debbie Nottingham (Paul) and Angie Light; grandchildren, Kim Whilhite (Dave), Dr. Jennifer Harville (Josh), Alexa Nottingham, Randy Light and Lauren Light; great-grandchildren, Greyson Wilhite, Conor and Mila Harville, Mikaya Light; several nieces and nephews also survive.The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5, 2018, from 1:00-2:00 pm at Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with Dr. Phil Hoskins officiating. A Graveside and Committal Service will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
