She was born in Ogdensburg, NY to the late James and Sheila Willard, Sr.Peggy worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a loving mother, sister and friend.Surviving are her children, Lacey, Alexis, Anthony and Jordan; brothers, James Jr., Clark and Christopher; sister, Arleena and several nieces and nephews.Peggy will be laid to rest in New York.The care of Peggy Willard and her family have been entrusted to Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services.Read Obituary
