Phyllis Ann Bailey, 83, formerly of Kingsport, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 in Birmingham, Alabama.Phyllis was of the Baptist faith and loved spending time with family. She retired with over 25 years in the family business performing various roles.Preceding her in death are her husband, Roy Bailey and parents, Kenneth and Ollie Cleek Dickerson.Left to cherish her memory are her son, Michael Bailey and wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Chandler, Lee Ann, Gavin, Garrett and Ella Grace Bailey; brother, William “Bill” Dickerson and wife Nancy; and several nieces and nephews.A Graveside Service will be held at 3 pm Tuesday, April 24, 2018 in the Garden of the Good Shepherd, Oak Hill Memorial Park with Dr. Dennis Flaugher officiating.Memorial Contributions may be made in Phyllis’s memory to Lifeline Children’s Services.
