Andy W. Fowler

Andy W. Fowler, 48, of Talladega, Alabama left this world on February 1, 2019, in a blaze of glory to meet his Lord Jesus and family. Andy fought a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. He was always determined to beat this illness throughout the battle. Andy was a true Alabaman, from the Crimson Tide to his core values and beliefs. He never forgot who he was or where he came from. Andy moved to Kingsport to be with the love of his life and in turn found an extended family. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Helen Smith Fowler and his father, Johnny Fowler both of Alabama. Left to cherish his memory are; the love of his life, Treasa Way House, Kingsport, TN; step-daughter, Misty Dawn; step-grandsons; Michael and Montel who were his pride and joy; daughters of Georgia and South Carolina; sisters, April McGee, Amy Dunaway, Pamela Jarrett; brothers, Anthony Fowler, Terry Fowler, Jeremy Fowler; several nieces, nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; his extended family in Kingsport and the many friends he had made here. His laughter will be missed by all. Per Andy’s request, he was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. His ashes will be returned to Alabama for inurnment. To all who attended the benefit in Andy’s honor on January 31, 2019 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3141, the family wishes to thank you for your generosity and support.
