Beth's mom was my kindergarten teacher. Beth was a sweet lady and was so good to me. Love her and her mother. Beth Ann will be missed by many people. Praying for her mother and family.
I am so saddened by the news of Dr. Goins passing. We were friends for 10 years as we worked together daily in Radiology Research. Every day she was kind, smiling, helping others, and always patiently teaching me so much about research administration. My best memories are sharing stories with her of our families and every day lives, and her true caring and generosity. How I wish we could talk again. I miss her so, and will go on to remember her always.

I had worked with Dr. Beth Goins on a few projects at the Research Imaging Institute and always felt her warmth, independence, and dedication, which I admire deeply. One memory of her I have was years ago when she, Cristina, and I were scanning animals in the microPET room. She was sitting next to the bench with her smile on, softly chatting while busy with her hands. She did not loose any vigor even after hours of intense experiment. Her way of work and life really help me to find my way with work and life. We will miss her.

I was so sad to hear that she had left. I had worked as a Postdoc with her in same research group. She was always kind and warm-hearted.
Dr. Goins, I miss you from China.
It is with great sadness that I learnt of Beth's passing. There is not enough that one can say about Beth. She was indeed a truly wonderful person, always kind and generous to everyone, compassionate and truly caring especially about her students and menses. To me, she was not only a colleague but also a very good friend. I recall fondly our many long conversations about work and life in general, I recall her joie de vivre and her hearty laughter. She's gone much too soon but will never be forgotten. I will miss her greatly.

Did not have a chance to meet or know Dr. Goins but, I can understand she was a wonderful person. It is saddening to lose such a person like Dr. Goins at UT Health and in our world. May she now rest peacefully in God's arms and paradise. With sincere and deepest sympathy to Dr. Goins' family. D Siller
