Billy G. Baldwin

Billy G. Baldwin, 83, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Wexford House after a brief illness.He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was a member of Emory United Methodist Church.Mr. Baldwin retired from the IBEW Local #934 as an electrician in 2002 after several years of service.He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and NASCAR.Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by his wife, Elda Lee Baldwin; parents, Malcom and Elizabeth Baldwin; sister, Phyllis Reeves and daughter in law, Cynthia Lynn Goodman. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Tamara Baldwin; son, Rory Baldwin (Pam); grandchildren, Joshua Baldwin (Ashley), Jerika Baldwin (Jason), Billy Rhea (Alison), Noah Mays, Jonah Mays and Israel Mays; great grandchildren, Billy W. Rhea, Annie Kate Rhea, Jaxon Whitfield, Jones Whitfield, Connor Gray, Rhys Baldwin and Blakely Baldwin; great-great granddaughter, Baileigh Gray; sisters, Gerry Walsh and Janie Baldwin; brothers, James Baldwin (Wanda) and Gary Baldwin; several nieces and nephews.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susan B.
