I hated to hear of Carol's passing. I am so glad we were able to see her at our Christmas gathering. She had the best time that evening. Knowing she's now with Scott makes us all smile a little brighter.

Carol West, 73, of Johnson City, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020, after a period of declining health.She was born in Warwick, Rhode Island to the late Russell and Marjorie Logan Kettelle.Carol retired from Stanley Bostich as a Quality Control Specialist.She was a member of Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church, Bluff City, TN.Carole enjoyed quilting, needle point and especially basket weaving.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Scott West.Surviving are her son, James West; sister, Linda Richmond and brother, Gary Kettelle and wife, Patricia.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.The care of Carol West and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services.Read Obituary
