Cathy Sue Quillin, 68, of Kingsport, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ Tuesday, July 5, 2022.She was born December 31, 1953, in Dungannon, VA.Cathy was preceded in death by her father, R.F. Quillin; daughter, Gina Begley.Those left to cherish Cathy’s memory are her mother, June Quillin; daughters, Keri Begley and Brittany Begley; son, Ethan Begley; friend and “Boo” Tim Crawford; grandchildren, Mahala Begley and Seth Lifford; several brothers and sisters; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; many precious friends.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 23, 2022, in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home. Sweet Precious Keri and Family,
Sending love, thoughts and prayers to all of you during this hard valley of grief. I just loved your precious Mom . Her smile and laugh brightened up the room. I have so many precious memories from KCS when I would see her so much. I also remember when Ethan left for Parris Island and all the talks of encouragement we had. I will always be so thankful for her sweet love that touched my life. I pray you always know how much she loved her precious children and grandchildren. They were her delight. I have such warm and fond memories of Cathy, and was so sad to hear of her passing. She was always so happy, so full of energy, and just so much fun to be around. Some of her expressions were priceless and she always made me laugh! I enjoyed every minute I was blessed to be with her. She was just one of those special people, who always lit up the room and you just couldn't help but love her! Cathy will always hold a special place in my heart and I will never forget her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, her dear family. I know she will be so greatly missed by all of you and by all those who were blessed to know her.
