Clara Irene Pyle, 85, of Kingsport, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020, at Holston Manor after a long illness. She was born in Kingsport, lived in York, PA for several years and had lived in Kingsport for the past 10 years. Mrs. Pyle enjoyed going out with friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Pyle; parents, William and Bessie Collins Brainard; sister, Dorothy Sherrod and brother, William Brainard.Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Barton A. Pyle; grandchildren, Daniel and Kaitlyn; several nieces and nephews.Mrs. Pyle will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Section W, beside her husband.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to www.nationalautism.orgThe family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Holston Manor for their compassion and care.The care of Clara Irene Pyle has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services.Read Obituary
