To Kim, Wes, Josh, Jeff and Brian, we were saddened to learn of Danny's passing even though we knew he was very sick. It is very sad to lose a loved one but we hope to see him again in heaven. Our prayer is for God's peace and love to be evident for you in the days ahead. Love you, the Brown family

Prayers for the family.
Danny and I met in the late 80's. We were coworkers for several years. Danny took a job in Hawkins County and still friends we lost contact for a while. When Danny became sick he reached out and we became close friends. I would check on him from time to time. Danny loved to fish and did so as much as possible. Danny wanted to meet up with the "crew" for lunch back in the fall. He, myself and two other coworkers met and had a great time. A week before he received his wings, he let me know his time was very near. Great men sometimes stay quite and in the back ground. This was Danny, he would give the shirt off his back to help someone and never expect anything in return. Rest in peace my friend.

Sorry about Danny. He was one of a kind. He and Jay Coleman worked together for many years at Holston Valley. Will never forget him.
