Hello, fine people! I'm James David (Dave) Crawford, now of Florida. I knew Delmar as Giz (short for Gizmo, I'm told) back in the mid-1970's and into the very early 1980's, when we both worked in the electrical construction industry. Giz knew me as Yank (as I was from Pennsylvania), but often calling me Dave, too. He was a sharp-witted person, very kindly sociable, and a very good working buddy...a real leader. He always had an air of courage about him, all day long. If he ever feared something, he would pause and briefly dwell on it (probably saying a prayer) before roughing out a plan and tackling the task. I'm sure he knew that the Lord was always watching over him and would ensure him of his deliverance. Giz always sought the path of righteousness and it made him a very inspirational friend...the kind of friendship that's evidence of the working of the Lord. RIP, dear friend.
I miss you so much Daddy but I’m glad you’re in heaven with your beloved wife Linda! I’m glad you’re with Jesus now but it’s hard not to hear your laugh, you cutting up saying I Love You More & I even miss watching Westerns with you! RIP Daddy! I love & miss you more!

So sorry for your loss. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers🙏🙏.
To the Glover Family -
I am very sorry for the loss of Delmar. He was a significant part o my life growing up as a neighbor. Can't begin to tell the hours and fun times as a passenger in the "Blue Falcon"!!!
Humor, pranks, never serious, and always there to look after us (Tony and myself). Many years have passed, but for sure great memories. I trust that God's presences of peace is about all the Glover family.
