Diane Bloomer Bailey, 62, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 11, 2022.Diane enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, walking, hiking and visiting local parks. She was of the Baptist faith.She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Rhea Bloomer; son, Barry Joseph Bailey; and brother, William Harold Bloomer.Those left to cherish Diane’s memory are her husband, Terry Bailey; daughters, Diane Nichole Bailey and Teresa Marie Kennedy; grandchildren, Rowan Kennedy, Alex Kennedy, Kaden Bailey, Kylie Bailey, and Blake Stanley; mother, Betty Jennings Sturgill; sisters, Gloria Kiser and Susan Miller; brothers, Glenn Stonemetz, Dennis Bloomer, and Ronnie Bloomer; several nieces and nephews also survive.The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm on Thursday, September 15, 2022, in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home.A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3:30 pm with Pastor Travis Pierson officiating.To share memories and condolences with the family please visit www.oakhillfh.com.The care of Diane Bloomer Bailey and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
