Dona Cope, 45, of Kingsport, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018.She was born in Bell County, KY and had lived in Kingsport most of her life.Dona graduated from Lee High School in 1990 and from Mountain Empire in 2013 with a degree in nursing. She formerly worked in ICU Step-Down at Holston Valley Medical Center.Dona enjoyed riding her motorcycle & loved helping others.She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Oney.Surviving are her mother, Jewel Perry Oney and a special uncle, Jamie Perry and wife, Martha.A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date.The care of Dona Cope and her family has been entrusted to Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation ServicesRead Obituary
