Don coached my daughter’s Rec league team and was her favorite coach. After season was over, she would still find him at various sporting events at gate city and have to run over to him and say hello. Don also expressed interest in and provided contacts for my niece as she pursued her college basketball career. We feel blessed to have known him.

My family & I am honored to have known Don for many years. His love of sports & his family was undeniable. Any conversation or story he shared, most likely involed both. He was such an inspiration to many. Rest easy Mr Flick. My sincere condolences go out to the family.
