Donald Ray Reynolds

Donald Ray Reynolds, 85, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 26, 2019, at Holston Valley Hospital.He was born in Wise Co., VA and had lived in Kingsport most of his adult life and was of the Holiness faith.Mr. Reynolds retired from the City of Kingsport. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing in church with his wife, Mildred.Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Lampkins Reynolds; parents, Steve and Della Reynolds; sisters, Mary Fields and Phyllis DeMatteo; and brothers, Billy Joe Reynolds and Harold Reynolds.Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kathy Bailey and husband, Gary; son, Bobby Reynolds and wife, Sheri; grandsons, Kristopher Johnson and Joshua Reynolds; great granddaughter, Lillian Johnson; sisters, Delores McMahan and Wilma Kerns; brothers, Van Reynolds, James Reynolds and Charles Reynolds; special sister in law, Callie Lampkins and several nieces, nephews and cousins.The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel.A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Todd Jennings officiating. Music will be provided by Delores McMahan and Rev.
