Doris Ann Bailey Russell 73, of Sevierville, TN passed away Monday, August 9, 2021, at her residence.Doris was born on February 27, 1948, in Kingsport, TN to the late J. Howard and Lillian Massey. She had worked at Sears for many years, and Doris attended State Line Baptist Church.Those left to cherish Doris’ memory are her loving husband, Phillip Russell and her son, Todd Bailey.An Entombment Service will held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Chapel Mausoleum.
