Elizabeth K. Giesler

Elizabeth K. Giesler, of Kingsport went to be with her Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2019 with her loving husband and family by her side.Elizabeth was born in St. Charles, VA to the late Henderson B. and Ida Mae Jessee Kirk.Elizabeth was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired from General Shale with over 50 years of service. She enjoyed all the time spent with Jack at their lake cabin and her flowers in the front yard.In addition to her parents, Elizabeth is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Kirk and sister, Hattie Mae King.Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 66 years, Jack Ray Giesler; sister, Hilda K. McKenzie (Wayne); nieces, Stacey M. Means (Bob), Jetta M. Pyatt (Billy), Dana M. Flowers (Bobby), Tracy K. Schoon and Jackie K. Bush; nephew, Randy H. Kirk; brother-in-law, Donald P. Giesler (Betty) and a host of special friends.The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel, Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm with Pastor Donnie C. Brannen and Deacon Lamar Herndon officiating.A Committal Service will follow in Mausoleum II at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Nieces and their spouses will serve as pallbearers.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elizabeth’s honor to Calvary Baptist Church, Building Fund, 1238 Pine St., Kingsport, TN.The care of Elizabeth K.
