Galer Kelley

Galer G. Kelley, 73, of Kingsport, went to be with Lord on Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born December 2, 1944, in Moulton, AL to the late Haywood and Rena Walker Speegle.Galer was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who devoted her life in caring for others. She retired as an L.P.N. following thirty-five years of service. Galer enjoyed quilting and spending time with her grandsons.Mrs. Kelley was a committed Christian and member of the Pine Grove Church of Christ, Moulton, AL where she taught Sunday school for many years. One of her favorite past times was singing Gospel hymns.Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Chris Kelley (Shannon), Gnoma Abel (Jimmy) and Kerry Kelley (Angela); three grandsons.Funeral arrangements will be announced by Parkway Funeral Home, 23599 AL Hwy. 24, Trinity, AL 35673.
