Gerald LeRoy Willey, 81, of Kingsport, TN went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 23, 2021. He was born on October 13, 1939, in Elgin, IL to the late Benjamin and Iris Willey. Gerald was a very passionate, creative and talented person. He was actively involved in music ministry and later became an ordained pastor in Hawaii for more than 20 years. Gerald also served as an evangelist at Church on the Hill. He loved music, art and singing. I’ve never met Gerald, however I’ve met his daughter Angelica and if he is any reflection of her, I’m sure he was amazing. My heart goes out Gerald’s family and especially Angelica. Angelica is one of the best people I know. My heart is with you Angelica. Rest In Peace Gerald.
