Ilene G. Strickler, 93, of the Harmony Community, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, after a brief illness.She is preceded in death by her husband, Guy W. Strickler.Surviving are her son, Guy W. Strickler, Jr. and wife, Michele; her daughter, Kathy Strickler Joyce and husband, Bobby; several grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:45 pm Monday, May 13, 2019, at Harmony Baptist Church, 1177 Harmony Rd., Jonesborough, TN.A Funeral Service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Steve Pate officiating. A Eulogy will be given by Guy W. Strickler, Jr.A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Garden of Devotion. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
