Janice Bartlett Walker, 66, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 26, 2019, with her loving family by her side. She was born May 14, 1953, in Norfolk, VA to the late Grady and Donna Shipley Bartlett.Janice enjoyed working in her yard and reading. She was a former employee of North Electric and LYN’S Hallmark Card Shop.Janice attended Crossroads United Methodist Church.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Alan G. Bartlett.Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of forty-three years, Jerry F. Walker; step-son, Jeffrey Walker (Karrie); grandchildren, Bo Tyler Walker (Jessica) and Cora Walker; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends Thursday, August 29, 2019, from 5:00-6:45 pm in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home.
