Judy Ann McConnell

Judy Ann McConnell, 73, wife of Bill K. McConnell, died December 28, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born August 22, 1946, in Harmony, TN to the late Frank Good and Aleen Ford.Judy was a loving wife and stepmom. She loved spending time on the lake boating and skiing and taking care of her dog, Gigey. She also enjoyed fashion, shopping and going to the beach with her husband, Bill. Judy was a talented designer and enjoyed decorating her home inside and out. She was an avid UT football and basketball fan.Judy was a 1964 graduate and Salutatorian of Fall Branch High School and Whitney School of Business. She was employed by a local law firm and was later employed at Eastman Chemical Company and Eastman Credit Union as a Loan Officer retiring after forty-two years of service.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, J.B. Good.Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Bill K. McConnell; step-daughter, Leah McConnell; step-granddaughter, Kylie Vicars; sisters-in-law, Norma Good, Libby Wright, Katy Tilley and husband, Gary; niece, Terry Fleenor; several cousins also survive.The family will receive friends Thursday, January 2, 2020, from 12:00-1:45 pm in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm with Dr. Phil Hoskins officiating.The Graveside Service will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
