Julia Boyd King

Julia Boyd King, 86, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020, at her residence.She enjoyed walking and gardening and loved spending time with her family, especially her furry friend, Rah Rah.Julia retired from the Mead Corporation as a Data Operator. She was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church.She was preceded in death by her mother, Isabelle Edwards Johnson; father, William Boyd and step-father, Lindsay Johnson.Those left to cherish her memory are her children, John King (Tammy) and Cheryl Cleary (Dennis); grandchildren, Todd (Tara), Trevis, Matthew, John Paul and Annie; great grandchildren, Bailey, Nik and Khloe; great granddaughter, Braylynn; step sister, Lynn (Jonas); step brother, Stephen Johnson (Linda); special friends, Lesa (Jim), Craig (Kim) and Linda.The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 5:45 pm Thursday February 27, 2020, at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services in the Fireside Room.
