Ms. June was a wonderful lady. Her Christian faith and love for her three daughters and grandchildren was amazing. May you find comfort in knowing that she is in her Heavenly home. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Beverly, Kim, and Katie....I am so sorry to hear that your Mom has left us...I have so many wonderful memories of her at Christmas and so many other times. She was beautiful, inside and out and was always so welcoming to people in her home. Know that she is celebrating in Heaven today and has seen Jesus...Hold on to that and hopefully it will make your days just a little easier. I loved your Mother and I love all of you! Linda Murphy
Girls, I don't know what I would have done without your Momma. She was always there for me when things weren't great at home, letting me sit around the bar in her kitchen and listening to me talk when I needed someone to hear me. She encouraged me and loved me, and I'd have been lost without her. Doak and June were my other parents, and I loved them both so much and appreciate all they did for me. She was such a special lady, and I can still hear her in my head, telling me and Katy to be quiet and go to sleep, or get off the phone and come inside (you know what that means...your front porch was our phone booth). Thank you all for sharing her with me! I'm a better person because of June!
So sorry to hear of June's passing. We were in the same Sunday school class at Higher Ground for many years. She will be missed by us all.
I really hate to hear of June’s passing. I work with her for many years and I loved her. I will be praying for all the family.
