Jacksonville, FL - Larry L. Carr, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully Saturday August 31, 2019, at St Vincent Hospice Center, Jacksonville, Fl.Larry worked at the Kingsport Press before moving to Jacksonville, FL. He loved to fish and was a member to several Bass Clubs in Kingsport and Jacksonville.Larry was preceded in death by his father, Robert Carr; his mother, Glendia Carr Watson; half brother, Bill Jack Fraysier; stepfather, Ralph Watson and half sister Janice Watson.He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Dana Carr of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Frank Carr of Kingsport, TN; sister, Glenda Myers of McCarmick, SC; sister in law, Brenda Mullins (Lester) of Sneedville, TN.; brother in law, Jim Crain of Blountville,TN; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends in Kingsport and Jacksonville.At Larry’s' request there will be no services.Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of local arrangementsRead Obituary
