Larry K. Danna

Larry K. Danna, 72, of Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 26, 2018.He was a native and lifelong resident of Kingsport. Larry served in the U. S. Army from 1965 – 1967 and was a Vietnam veteran.He retired from the Kingsport Press as a forklift truck driver.Larry enjoyed watching baseball and loved spending time with his son Preston.He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena Danna and grandmother, Jean Spangler Brown.Surviving are his son, Preston Danna; Preston’s mother, Marlene Danna; sister, Melissa Roark and husband, Greg and several cousins.Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #3 & Post #265, Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN, at the New Annex, 213 Hero's Drive (off State of Franklin Road.)Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:050 pm to line up for the procession to the gravesite.Online condolences may be shared with the family by visiting www.oakhillfh.comThe care of Larry K.
