Louise Burton Mullins

Louise Burton Mullins, 84, of Kingsport, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Louise was born on August 10, 1935, in Sullivan County, TN. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church. Louise loved traveling with her husband, and she dearly loved her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hila Mullins; husband, Henry Mullins; and her brother, Ralph Conkin. Those left to cherish Louise’s memory are her daughters, Ellen Harris (Keith) and Linda Tunnell (Andy); grandchildren, Chris Conkin (Courtney), April Conkin, Bradley Harris (Kirstin), Elisha Tunnell, Garrison Tunnell (Catera); great-grandchildren, Maddie Conkin, Alex Conkin, Triston Conkin, Annabelle Conkin; brothers, Bill Mullins (Margaret), Vernon Mullins (Barbara); sister, Thelma Reynolds (Jerry); several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 pm on Sunday, January 19, 2020, in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 6:00 pm in the chapel. A Committal Service will immediately follow the conclusion of the Celebration of Life Service in the chapel. There will be no services conducted in the cemetery.
