Woody & Kristin, how shocked I was to just discover that Marie has passed on. I can't find to the words to express my deep sympathy. Marie (and Woody) became my friends many years ago when I joined a local veterans group. Lately, the only time I saw her was in Walmart, but those were some of the best hugs ever. Prayers that you all can find peace and comfort in so many of your happy memories. - Janet Keener
So sorry to hear about Marie. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers. I always liked Marie she made me feel welcome when I first moved in with Melissa. I'm going to miss her stopping and talking to me when she came up the driveway. I'll miss you. Chuck Smith

Words are not enough to express my gratitude and love for this amazing woman. She was kind, smart, funny, fiercely loyal, and a true friend. I don’t know how I can live the rest of my life without you mom. You were my inspiration and my biggest fan in life. You supported every crazy idea of mine and I knew I always had a safe place to land with you if I needed it. I love you to the moon and back.
