Mary Helen Biggs Moore

Mary Helen Biggs Moore, 79, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Holston Valley Hospital.She was a lifelong native of Kingsport. Mrs. Moore retired from the Kingsport Press after decades of service.She enjoyed gardening, growing flowers, reading her Bible, going to church, helping people and was very charitable. Mrs. Moore loved her pets and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lakie Moore Biggs; infant sister and three brothers, Billy Biggs, Lawrence Biggs and Junior Biggs.Surviving are her children, Donya Fredericksen, Danielle Pensiero and husband, Joe and Brad Moore and wife, Iori; grandchildren, Darien Tucker, Skyler Fredericksen and Mitchel Tucker and several nieces and nephews.A Gathering of Remembrance will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services in the Fireside Room.
