Patricia "Trisha" Taylor

Patricia “Trisha” Taylor, 52, of Gate City, VA, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020, at Holston Valley Hospital after a short illness.She was born in Kingsport and had lived in Gate City all her life.Trisha graduated from Gate City High School in 1986.She worked at Burger King for 12 years, Lowes of Kingsport for 13 years & Burger King on East Stone Dr., Kingsport for the past nine years.Trisha was a member of Nottingham United Methodist Church, Gate City, VA.She enjoyed laughing, joking around and loved spending time with her family. Trisha was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Sue Ella McClain Taylor and a sister, Stephanie Hammond.Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Whitney Houseright; special cousin, Tamara “Tammy” Smith and husband, Micheal and two nephews, Hunter Hammond and Zack Hammond.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.The care of Patricia “Trisha” Taylor and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services.Read Obituary
