Patrick “Pat” Adinolfi, 53, of Kingsport, went to his eternal resting place Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center.He was born in York, PA and had lived in Kingsport most of his life.Pat enjoyed restoring classic cars and loved spending time with his family. He was a gentle soul and loved to laugh.He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy I. Adinolfi; father, Salvatore V. Adinolfi, Sr.; brother, Salvatore V. “Buddy” Adinolfi and a son, Benjamin Foulk.Surviving are his son, Patrick Adinolfi, Jr. and wife, Natalie; daughter, Stefani Adinolfi-Smith; son, Jonathan Foulk; Rena Norris, lifelong companion; grandchildren, Dante Foulk, Gabriel W. S. Smith, Bentley Foulk, Arianna Adinolfi and Dominick Adinolfi; siblings, Palma Adinolfi Hawkins, Tony Adinolfi and wife, Joy and Marsha Dockins and husband, Marty and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 6:45 pm Friday, December 21, 2018, at Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel.A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Richard Dice officiating. It’s hard to share just a memory I made so many with Pat from the moment we meet in 1990 til the day he went home to be with our Heavenly Father , He was always doing something to drive me nuts but he had a great love for all his family and friends and though all the years he shared so many things with me some good some not so and he made mistakes like all of us but I know he would want to say thank you to each and everyone of you for everything you did do for him he told me everyday even if we had argued he loved me and so appreciate me . He just struggled so much and now I am at peace knowing he is looking down on each of us and saying Thank you and to his children I know he is looking down at amazement and smiling that great big smile he had an uplifting smile saying how proud he is of you both . He was loved more than most of us ever get he was cared for and thought of inthe highest regards by his loved ones and every child that meet him was drawn to his funny jokes and he had away to turn the worth times into some sort of happiness or at least bring some laughter . I will miss you Pat Go rest now you are pain free and give my Mother and Son a big hug for me I know they are all happy to see you , you will never be forgotten you touch us in so many ways . I always Loved you .
