Robert Wayne Cardwell

Robert Wayne Cardwell, 68, of Kingsport, TN passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018, at his residence after a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport. Wayne was formerly a supervisor at Quebecor. He was a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed western movies. Mr. Cardwell was preceded in death by his parents Donald Kelly (D.K.) and Mary Dell Cardwell.Left to cherish his memory are his close friends, Gary Scarberry and Rhonda Peters, along with several family members.Visitation will be held from 4:00 til 6:00 pm Thursday, January 4, 2018. The Funeral Service will follow in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel with Dr. Ed Clevinger officiating.Entombment will be in Mausoleum IV at Oak Hill Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sullivan County Humane Society visiting www.sullivancountyhumanesociety.com/donate.
