Robert Kevin Darnell

Kevin Darnell, 41, of Kingsport passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022.Kevin was born on May 19, 1980, in Kingsport TN, and he was employed by the City of Kingsport.Kevin raced at the Kingsport Speedway, and he was an avid NASCAR fan. Kevin loved all sports and the outdoors.He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John “Poppy” Williams; grandfather, Ernest “J.B.” White; and grandparents, Roy Escol Darnell and wife, Margaret Letha Darnell.Those left to cherish Kevin’s memory are his wife, Jennifer Darnell; parents, Steve and Karen Darnell; brothers, Joseph Darnell, Jacob Darnell and wife, Haylee, Michael Cipro, Billy Cipro and wife, Kiersten, Travis Cipro and wife, Drew; sister, Stephanie Coates and husband, Eric; nieces and nephews, Wynter, Autumn, Alex, Bently, Cassidy, Maizie, and Jaina; grandmother, Ella Justus and husband, Curtis; special friends, Adam Tipton, Craig Phelps, Josh Trinkle and Ryan Davis; his beloved pets, Sammie and Dottie; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and a whole host of friends.The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home.A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 pm with Bishop David Peters and Rev.
