Roy “Cotton” Len Simpson, 59, of Rogersville passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023.“Cotton” was an avid hiker and fisherman.He retired from Warriors Path State Park.“Cotton” was preceded in death by his father, Roy C. Simpson and his mother, Martha Simpson.Those left to cherish “Cotton’s” memory are his daughter, Sarah Simpson White; son, Casey Simpson and fiancé, Charlsie King; grandson, Chandler White; sister, Brenda Wallen and husband, Randy Wallen; nephew, Cody Wallen; aunt, Agnes Thompson; uncle, Gary Arnold; and several cousins.The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Living Praise Assembly of God, 207 New Beason Well Rd., Kingsport, TN 37660.A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 7:00 pm.The care of Roy “Cotton” Len Simpson and his family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
