Ruby was a neighbor when I was a small child on Greenwood Lane in Colonial Heights. She had the most wonderful Boston Terrier and was always gracious when I showed up at her front door suggesting that beautiful dog wanted me to have breakfast with him. A beautiful person inside and out. Rest in Power Ruby! L

We always called her Cathy. I don't know how she got that name but Joe always called her that. I was 5 when they got married. My dad was the minister that married them at our house in Oak Ridge and she was so beautiful I thought she was a true life princess. She would fix my hair when we were in Kingsport and she always said my hair was just like frog hair.I thought that was so funny. The last time we visited we took our son,a baby,to see her.Since moving to Texas, we kept in touch via mail and phone. Love you Cathy.
