Theresa Judy Crawford, 66, of Surgoinsville, TN passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Johnson City Medical Center.She was born March 5, 1955, in Kingsport, TN to the late James Myers and Betty Lou Dean Whittaker.Theresa was a loving and devoted “Momma Dukes,” grandmother and sister. She loved animals and the outdoors. Theresa spent most of her free time either gardening or cross-stitching.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Jean Batlemente and brother, Ernest O. Blevins.Those left to cherish Theresa’s memory are her loving husband, Charlie Crawford; sons, Kurt Lesley, Jeff Lesley, Lonnie Bailey (Tabitha Moore) and Nicholas Short (Megan Baldwin); her “fifth son,” Lorenzo Bailey; brothers, James M. Blevins and Patrick M. Blevins; sister, Glenda Thompson.The Graveside Service will held Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
