Tommy "Poppy" Holliman

Tommy “Poppy” Holliman, 54, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord, Monday, October 4, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport.Tommy was a faithful member of New Destiny Ministry Center.He enjoyed fishing, playing horseshoes and loved spending time with his family. Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Holliman.Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 24 years, Margaret Darnell Holliman; daughter, Brandee Young and husband, Luke; son, Brandon Begley and wife, Destiny; mother, Janie Irene Holliman; "Second mom", Brenda Wilson; grandchildren, Dustin, Alissa, Cadence, Christian, Alley and Aliyah; sisters, Diane Amyx, Rhonda Ward and Ellen Carter and husband, Gary; several nieces, nephews and cousins.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 9, 2021, at New Destiny Ministry Center, 385 Bancroft Chapel Rd., Kingsport, TN, with Pastor Jerrod Manning officiating.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Destiny Ministry Center, P. O.
