Tracie Lea Quillen

Tracie Lea Quillen, 55, of Kingsport, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Tracie was born on October 22, 1965, in Kingsport, TN to Carmella “Carty” Holtsclaw and the late Harold E. Quillen. She had worked for the American Red Cross and the Veteran’s Administration, Mountain Home, TN. Tracie loved people, animals, gardening and the moon and the stars. She was member of Arcadia United Methodist Church.In addition to her father, Tracie was preceded in death by grandparents, Howard and Mildred Pippen and Estel and Blanche Carty; step-father, Earl Holtsclaw; and several cousins.Those left to cherish Tracie’s memory are her mother, Carmella Holtsclaw; sister and best friend, Amy Quillen; son, Matthew Johnson; nephew, Cody Johnson; niece, Morgan Johnson; and several special cousins whom she dearly loved.A Private Graveside Service will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021, in the Garden of the Last Supper at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Mike Cornett officiating.To leave an online condolence for the family please visit www.oakhillfh.comA special thank you to Dennis Nunley for his love and support at such a difficult time.The care of Tracie Lea Quillen and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
