When I think about Virginia, (mamaw Ginnie), I picture her standing with her apron on, that smile and bold laughter. I will always recall her and Homers's kindess shown to me. Her cooking and the visits was always something I looked forward to. I still to date, prepare that awesome pineapple casserole she made, Always having to limit myself at the holidays so there would be some for everyone else to enjoy. It was a pleasure and blessing to have known Virginia and Homer. Rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to the family during this time.

I spent a good amount of time under Ms Virginia's watchful eye playing with Sonny and David and Judy when they lived on Horton Highway in Lost Mountain from the time I was a baby until almost a teen. Share Great Memories and am thankful for the time with all of the Cox family before they moved out of Lost Mountain and I moved away. My brother Bill and my Mother Helen send our best wishes and deepest expression of sympathy to David and Judy and all of the family. My Mom Helen is with me in the Atlanta area living with me and at 94 is in reasonable health. I know it is heart breaking to loose such a wonderful Mom and Grandmother.

Respectfully yours,
