Wendy Hagner Fink, 38, of Church Hill, TN passed away peacefully Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol, TN. She was born July 12, 1979 in Annapolis, MD.Wendy was a loving and caring lady who had a “big heart” and would do anything for anyone. She enjoyed spending time with her children, taking family trips to the beach and going to amusement parks especially, Dollywood.She was the Assistant Manager at Taco Bell on Eastman Road for over five years. She attended Grace Point Fellowship, Kingsport.Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Faith Owens, Christina Fink and Bobby Fink; mother, Donna “Pooper” Cogswell; father, Melvin Hagner, Jr. and step-mother, Sharon; sister, Jennifer Flahive; special in-laws, Tony and Carla Fink.The family will receive friends Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2:00-3:00 pm in the J. Wayne Hamilton Memorial Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home.A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 pm with Dr. Phil Hoskins officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Wendy’s honor be made to Grace Point Fellowship, P.O. Box 6629, Kingsport, TN 37663.The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff of Wellmont Hospice House, Bristol, TN for their compassionate care of Wendy during her final days.The care of Wendy Hagner Fink and her family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.Read Obituary
