Paul Huff, 85, of Kingsport, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019, with his loving wife by his side. Paul was born January 2, 1934, to the late A.B. and Lucy Huff. Paul was a proud Veteran of the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. He was a second generation builder, and Paul was loved by everyone who knew him. He was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Ray Huff, Jim Bob Huff, and Carl Huff; sisters, Thelma Ellison, Kate Greer, and Ada Tallman. Those left to cherish Paul’s memory are his loving wife of 25 years, Betty Huff; children, Norman Huff (Kathy), Debbie Casey, Paula Woods (Dale), Doug Donihe ( Michelle), Mark Donihe (Sandra), Beverly Frye (Mike), and Karen Hawkins (Brent); grandchildren, Bobby Turner (Becky), Beth Grills, April Calhoun (Corbin), Travis Bates, Choi Frye, Katelyn Seagroves (Jonathan), Jonathan Millard, Becky Crouch (Wesley), Peyton Donihe, Coty Donihe, and Jessica Donihe; several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson; sisters, Phyllis Greer, Nancy Brown, and Brenda Brown; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at St. Luke United Methodist Church, 2600 E. Center St., Kingsport, TN 37664. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm with Pastor Tim Hodges officiating. A Graveside Service will follow at 3:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Garden of Devotion. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren. Donations in Paul’s honor may be made to St. Luke United Methodist Church. The care of Paul Huff and his family has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral & Cremation Services.
